The Team
The team at Acadaca is uniquely positioned to support your e-commerce business goals because the platform service grew out of their own needs. The founder, Jason Feingold, started two e-commerce companies in 2001, which are included in the Internet Retailer Top 500. The original objective was to grow the online business but the existing open source platforms used by other solution providers simply weren’t robust, flexible, or fast enough. To meet the challenge, Jason led the effort to architect and built a platform that was repurposed for both companies usage. As a result of the new platform, both companies grew exponentially. This led to the launch of Acadaca in 2002 as a full-service platform provider using the reinvestment of profits from these e-commerce ventures. The company remains private and self-funded, thus shielded from venture and private equity market fluctuations.
Accessibility, collaboration, and communication are the core values for our partnership with clients. As part of our commitment, our executive team is fully accessible to you as well as a dedicated account manager and lead web developer. The roles are defined as follows:
Account Manager

Lead Web Developer
- - Has 9 months of platform training before working on client business
- - English is first language, and based in New York
- - Learns about the client’s business and then recommends best practices
- - All web development by entire team is done in house (no outsourcing) to maintain excellence and consistency of execution and oversight on timeliness.
